Two worlds. One purpose.

I grew up in India, where tea was never just a drink. It was what appeared the moment someone walked into your home — during long conversations, celebrations, silence, and even disagreement. It was the first thing offered to a guest, and often the last thing remembered after they left. Tea was a gesture. It said: you are welcome here. Sit down, stay a little longer. You are part of this moment.

KVL exists because Prabuddha couldn't find in America what he grew up knowing in India — tea that tastes like something real. Built with Nichole, who saw the same gap from a different direction. The difference isn't the tea. It's time, and who handles it.

Together we built KVL — not as a business idea, but a personal one. KVL stands for Kanjilal Ventures LLC. We didn't choose a modern, trendy name that meant nothing to us — we wanted our name to stand behind every promise we make. The Ardhanarishvara philosophy on every tin isn't a design choice. It's a self-portrait of the brand we built together, rooted in origin, crafted with purpose.
